TECHNICAL ISSUES:

 1.GENERAL RULES:

 FIDE Laws of Chess is valid for the tournament maybe gathered from organisation in English or Turkish

 2.APPLICATION:

 i.Open to all Turkish players who have TCF License.

2. iii.No entry fee for the FIDE titled players. Other players should pays 50 TL. This payment is 35 TL for who resides officially in Çanakkale.

1. 3.STATUE:

 i.All results will be sent to FIDE for ELO and title aims.

1. 4.TIE-BREAKS :

 i. Respectively Buchholz-1, Buchholz-2 (weakest results reduced), Sonnoborn-Berger, Number of wins. If necessary the tie shall be broken by drawing a lot.

ii. For the medals to top three tie-break will be taken under calculation.

iii. Money prizes for the same final ranks will be shared.

5.   APPEALS:

Appeals committee will be declared in Technical Meeting. Protest against decisions of the Chief Arbiter or his assistants must be submitted in writen form to the Chairman of the appeals committee within 15 minute after completion of the playing session. The protest must be accompanied with the sum of 50€ as a deposit from the signatory. If the appeal is granted, the sum shall be returned immediately. If the appeal is refused, the deposit is forfeited to TCF.

6.   ACCOMMODATION:

Players who has GM title will be provided in hostel as single room+breakfast. Organisers is free to accept or refuse any player. 7. SPECIAL SUBJECTS:

i. Pairings will be done by Swiss Manager,

ii. All results will be declared in hotels and playing venue,

iii. According to FIDE Laws of Chess article 12.3.b; a player is forbidden to have a mobile phone or

other electronic means of communication in the playing venue, unless they are completely switched off,
